Website terms.

These terms apply to the public Craftbridge Digital website. A software assignment requires its own agreement.

Using this website

The website describes the software-development work available from Craftbridge Digital and provides material for considering a project. You may read the pages, follow links and use the local project-brief worksheet for a legitimate business purpose.

Do not use the website to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, distribute malicious code or submit material you are not entitled to share. Automated access must respect applicable law and should not impose an unreasonable load on the service.

The website does not create a customer account or provide access to a production application. Links opening your email or telephone service rely on the software and services configured on your device. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Information and sample documents

Service descriptions explain the general types of work we discuss. They do not promise that every application, vendor interface or technical problem can be handled in the same way. Availability, feasibility and the details of an assignment need to be assessed against the actual systems and requirements.

The field-mapping sample illustrates a technical document. Its fields and conversion rules are examples, not client data or reported results.

The notes and worksheet provide general information. They are not a substitute for reviewing a particular codebase, security requirement, data process or contractual obligation. Check any downloaded material before using it for a decision that affects a live system.

The local brief worksheet

The worksheet helps organize an initial description of a project. It runs in your browser, does not submit its answers to Craftbridge Digital and does not establish a commercial commitment. You can download or copy its output and decide whether to edit or share it.

Do not enter passwords, access keys or information you do not have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you put into a downloaded or copied brief and for the way it is later shared. The website cannot remove a downloaded file from your device or recover text after the page is closed.

Inquiries and project agreements

Sending an inquiry does not by itself create an engagement, reserve delivery capacity or establish a particular response time. We may need further information before deciding whether work is appropriate or preparing a proposal.

A project agreement should set out the relevant requirements, responsibilities, commercial terms, review process, ownership and any support arrangement. The agreement for that work governs the relationship where its terms apply. General website wording does not override an executed project agreement.

Do not send confidential datasets or privileged system access with an unsolicited message. Where sensitive material is needed, the parties should first agree an appropriate channel and any necessary confidentiality or processing terms.

Rights in the materials

The website’s identity, text, design and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use downloaded worksheet output for preparing your own project inquiry. That does not grant a right to reuse the Craftbridge Digital name or identity as your own, or to republish the website wholesale.

Third-party assets retain their respective rights and licenses. References to applications or vendors identify the subject of a possible technical discussion; they do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the information useful, but website material can become incomplete or outdated. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, an infrastructure issue or another reason. The website is provided without a guarantee that every page or tool will be available continuously or meet a particular visitor’s requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Craftbridge Digital is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website material, interruption of the public website or the behavior of an external service linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides rights that applicable law preserves.

If a link, page or worksheet appears incorrect, please let us know which page and browser were involved. Do not send sensitive account information as part of a website bug report.

Applicable rules and changes

These website terms are interpreted under applicable law, including the laws of Texas where relevant, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to a visitor. A separate project agreement may specify its own governing law and dispute process.

The terms may be revised when the website or its functionality changes. The version displayed on the website applies to subsequent use of the public material. A change here does not silently amend an existing project agreement.
