This notice describes information handled through this website and inquiries sent to Craftbridge Digital.

Information involved in a visit

The website provides information about our software work. You can read its pages without registering an account, completing a contact form or providing an email address.

Delivering a page still involves technical information. The hosting and network services receive information such as an IP address, the requested address, browser or device information and the time and result of a request. That information may be used to deliver files, investigate a failed request or protect the service against misuse.

We do not run optional advertising tools, audience analytics or session-replay software on this version of the website. The site does not load an advertising pixel or use a marketing identifier to follow a visitor between websites. Our fonts and page images are served with the site rather than requested from their original suppliers during a normal visit.

Direct inquiries

The contact links open your chosen email application or telephone service. Sending an email shares the information you include, such as your name, business contact details, the content of the message and any attachments. An email may also contain technical headers added by the services handling it.

Please send only what is useful for the initial discussion. Passwords, access keys, sensitive personal records and confidential customer datasets should not be included in an ordinary first inquiry. If an assignment requires access to such material, we will discuss an appropriate sharing method and any necessary agreement separately.

The project-brief worksheet

The worksheet processes your answers within the current browser tab. It generates a preview and, if requested, a downloadable text file. It does not submit the answers to Craftbridge Digital, create an account or save the text in cookies or local storage.

The API batch preview also calculates locally in the current page. Its slider values are not sent to Craftbridge Digital or saved in browser storage.

If you choose Copy, the text is placed on your device’s clipboard through your browser. If you choose Download, the file is saved using your browser’s download behavior. You control what happens to that copied text or file. Closing or refreshing the page clears the worksheet’s in-memory state, but does not remove a file you already downloaded.

Why information is used

Technical request information supports delivery, troubleshooting and security. Information sent in an inquiry is used to understand the request, answer questions, discuss a possible assignment and maintain relevant business correspondence.

If we begin a project, additional information may be required to agree and perform the work. That project’s agreement may describe responsibilities and processing instructions that are more specific than this public website notice. We do not treat a website inquiry as permission to use customer records for an unrelated purpose.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the appropriate basis depends on the activity. It may include steps requested before a contract, performance of an agreement, compliance with a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. Consent is used where it is required for the particular activity.

Services involved

The website is hosted on Vercel. Its hosting and delivery infrastructure processes requests and associated technical information. Email is handled by the services used to operate the relevant mailboxes. These providers process information according to their service terms and applicable responsibilities.

Information may also need to be shared with an authorized person involved in answering an inquiry or performing agreed work. Access should be limited to the purpose involved. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to create an advertising audience.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or investigate misuse. Information can be processed in countries other than the visitor’s country because service providers and network infrastructure operate internationally. Applicable contractual and legal requirements govern that processing.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Project records may have a different retention requirement under an agreement or applicable law. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s settings and retention practices.

We use appropriate access controls and care in handling information, but no website or ordinary email channel can promise absolute security. Do not use the contact route for material that requires a specially agreed secure channel. If you believe information has been sent to us in error, contact us so we can discuss the appropriate response.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information. You may also have a right to object to certain processing or raise a concern with a supervisory authority. The availability and scope of those rights depend on the circumstances.

Send a request to the address below with enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify that the request comes from the appropriate person. We do not need a password or account access to receive a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained where an applicable obligation or legitimate requirement permits or requires it.

You can also control browser permissions and downloads on your device. The separate Cookies and storage page explains the website’s current use of browser storage. Links to external websites lead to services governed by their own notices and controls.

Children and changes

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a contact route, please let us know.

We update this notice when our information practices change. If we introduce optional tracking, we will explain it here and request consent before it starts where required.
